About Dr. Picard

Dr. Picard has his degree in chiropractic, but what he does is above and beyond traditional chiropractic care. He utilizes chiropractic neurology, nutrition, functional endocrinology and much more. He is board eligible in chiropractic neurology. He specializes in working with those individuals who have either been diagnosed with chronic conditions, as well as those individuals that have not responded to traditional medical care or traditional chiropractic care.

Knowledge, skill, effort, compassion, and a unique approach to healthcare allows Dr. Picard to achieve results previously unattainable by other healthcare providers. His training exceeds that which is taught in Chiropractic colleges and allows for faster acting, longer lasting, results. He utilizes a functional/holistic approach to healthcare offering individualized care to meet your specific needs. The ability to offer care from a number of different points of view including nutrition, chiropractic, functional endocrinology, chiropractic neurology, brain based therapies,… is what sets himself aside from others. Dr. Picard is not opposed to all drugs, medications, and surgeries. He will work with your current MD/DO. Uncovering the root of the problem and restoring normal function back to the brain & body is what allows those who see him the opportunity to get healthy, stay healthy, and enjoy life.

After graduating from Notre Dame High School in Harper Woods, MI, Dr. Picard completed his undergraduate work at Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. He is a 1990 graduate of Life Chiropractic College, Marietta, GA. While at Life Chiropractic College, his academic and clinical skills allowed him to participate in the elite Senior Intern Program.

He has been in private practice in Macomb County for over 22 years. In the past he served as the chiropractor for the Detroit Vipers Hockey Team. In 2003, after 12 years of successful practice in Macomb Twp., he began his postgraduate studies in Chiropractic Neurology. Dr. Picard is now board eligible in Chiropractic Neurology with over 400 hours of attended class time. He has received over 100 hours of class time in the study of Functional Endocrinology. He continues to advance his training with extensive postgraduate studies in the area of Chiropractic Neurology, Functional Endocrinology, Nutrition, and much more.
